Florida Real Estate Tax Cuts - UPDATE

Last week Florida lawmakers passed the new property tax plan.

This new plan has proven to be quite controversial especially amongst locals who have been enjoying lower taxes do to the "save our homes" homestead exemption.

Good Post, Zev...

It is good news that the Legislature has decided to finally act on this measure.

It should help the market loosen up and relax some of the buyers that have been waiting for this relief so they can move on the purchases they need to make.

I just wish they had taken the time to apply some tax cutting measures to all property owners, not just Homesteaded owners.
