Here's an update to my post about trying to find an agent to help my former client find a Realtor in Cape May, NJ.
I had several responses from my blog so I wanted to post and update. I was able to secure an agent in the Cape May area who was able to help. I was in Atlantic City over the weekend and the weather was fantastic. The fall colors are starting to show, the mums are out and it's just delightful.
As the year continues toward winter, I suspect we will see our Northern visitors come to Florida to shop for bargains. The good news for homeowners in Florida is that as prices have fallen many homebuyers who might have considered North Florida, Arizona or North Carolina are again taking a look at South Florida.
