Jupiter Florida Real Estate

Jupiter Florida is located in Palm Beach County primarily from the Donald Ross road exit on I-95 to slightly North of Indiantown Road. The 2000 census had a population of 39,328, as of 2006, the population was 50,028 plus the added population of Juno Beach and Tequesta as part of the general living area. Jupiter is known for its lush green spaces, kayaking, lighthouse, canoeing on the Loxahatchee river, beaches and much more. Much of it’s growth has come in the Abacoa are where there is high density downtown living and surrounding neighborhoods plus downtown shopping, Roger Dean Stadium and Florida Atlantic University. The recent addition of Scripps at Florida Atlantic University will bring up to 15,000 new technical jobs to the area. Jupiter has become home for many celebrities who like the Intracoastal and Ocean views, plus the large variety of golf courses offered at many communities such as The Bears Club, Frenchman’s Creek, and Admirals Cove. There is a large range of housing options in Jupiter, including rentals, townhouses, single family houses, and luxury living with golf or water views. Recent growth in the area has not been limited to Jupiter, and it is often a challenge to distinguish between Jupiter and its neighboring cities like Juno Beach, Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens. No matter which area city you call home, at the end of the day it’s an easy drive to the pier at Juno Beach, or the waterfront cocktails at the Square Grouper. The drive from Jupiter to the Gardens mall and Downtown at the Gardens is only minutes. Our local agent in the Jupiter area is Steven Schafer.
