Over the past few years, Jupiter has had explosive growth but the recent housing slowdown hit Jupiter and Abacoa hard with it's large number of new builder developments.
Recent reports show that the builder activity is now a fraction of what it was and resale prices have stabilized.
Currently our team in the Palm Beach Gardens / Jupiter area has grown from 1 agent to 4 agents and is set to add 2 more in the coming month. Additionally we launched the new Jupiter page this month.
