Boca Executive Realty - Hollywood Office

I'm pleased to announce that our new Hollywood office is now officially up and running.

Art Snow, our Sales Manager for the new office comes to Boca Executive Realty from Coldwell Banker. Art has been in the business world working for large public companies and in several of his own businesses for over 30 years. Art will be responsible for recruiting, building and managing a team of agents to serve the Hollywood, Aventura, Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour markets.


Sigal Dagan has a demonstrated ability to attract regional, national and international buyers. A seasoned professional with more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience, Sigal has an excellent record of sales success in South Florida's luxury condominium marketplace, primarily in the $1 million and up price range. Additionally, with Sigals strong listing skills, I am proud to be able to open our doors with over 10 exclusive listings in the Aventura / Bal Harbour market.

Santiago Santos was a successful executive at an International Brokerage firm in Miami’s prestigious Brickell Avenue for many years. After being an entrepreneur buying, selling, and investing for himself, he decided to make it into a career. In 2005 he was named Realtor of the year after successfully closing Multi-Million Dollar transactions. He brings that experience and success to Boca Executive Realty. Santiago specializes in Hollywood Lakes, Hollywood Hills and lives in West Lake Village Hollywood.
