Are people buying houses? They sure are if the price is right. Yesterday I sent an email to my prospect listing telling them that I found what looked liked a pretty good deal. A simple investment, one that should have been priced like this 5 years ago, an $ 85,000.00 townhouse in downtown Abacoa Town Center located in Aboca --a section of Jupiter Florida. It took 3 hours from email to writing a contract. If the price is right, the condition of property is good, and the area supports the investment...then people are buying.
