Island House Tequesta
I was out showing today and ran accross some really spectacular views at Island House in Tequesa.
Island House is actually 3 buildings so it might have been better named Island House(s). Buildings 300 and 350 are mid rise buildings on the beach side and building 325 is on the intracoastal side. Builings 300 and 350 offer fantastic Ocean views with prices up to 1 million and building 325 features spectacular intracoastal views in the 400's and up. Island house is well maintained, with full concrete restoration and new roofs. Boat docks are available as part of your ownership.
